D-bol Dosage And Times???

I AM CURRENTLY UNDERGOING MY FIRST CYCLE OF 1 SUSTA PER WEEK AND A DAILY DOSAGE OF D-BOL. I HAVE BEEN TAKING 2 OF THE PINK TABS (5MG PER TAB I THINK) 3 TIMES DAILY, BUT WHAT TIMES SHOULD I TAKE THEM? I WORKOUT AT AROUND 7.30 PM AND WAKE UP AT 7.30AM. HELP!?!

15mg is a pretty low amount of dbol but the half life is aboug 4 hours so take one morning, mid afternoon, and night. I think i'd up the dose to at least 25 mg a day

sust needs to be injected eod to keep blood levels constant. dbo, should be between 30-35mgs per day taken throughout the day, not too late tho. sust is a very poor first cycle steroid . you should have researched better and gotten some test e or test cyp

DBOL has a half life of about 4.5 hours, which means you should be taking them every 4 or 5 hours. I would also suggest you find out what MG they are. Again, as big louie said, you need to be taking Sust every other day (EOD)

try sust @ 250mg eod and dbol 10mg every 4hrs @ 50mg ed

For a first cycle 50mg ED might be a little high. Should go with 30-40mg ED, take every 4-5 hrs. weeks 1-4 and of corse as mentioned earlier Test Sus EOD

i think he is saying that he takes 10mg 3x per day...30mg a day. I would say that is perfect for a first cycle.

yeah 2 tabs/3 times a day at 5mg=
30mg a day, thats a good dose for 4-6 weeks
sounds like your splitting it correctly too
