Advice: First Cycle..Need Some Help..Thanks to all!
Im 6'2" 210lbs, 12% bodyfat, 36, and have been working out hard for 3 yrs. Have worked out off and on for 15 years. I'm looking at doing my first cycle and need some advice. Goals are to get to 225lbs and <10% body fat. Do 30 min on the bike 3-4 days a week. Work out 1 body part/day with 1 day rest per week..split quads and hams and train legs 2x per week..do roughly 4 exercises per bodypart, 8-12 reps per set..doing 5 meals a day...about 200 grams protein/day and moderate to low carbs..Probably not doing enough compound movements outside of legs and could up the carbs to gain some size. Been suggested that i just do a cycle of deca pyramiding from 200 to 400 and back down for 8 weeks.. any thoughts? Thanks
