    Question First Cycle Help!!!

    This is my first post to this site and i hope it will help me.

    I am 5'11 145 Lbs. and 25 years old.
    I want to go on one cycle just to add 5-15LBS.
    I know everyone is going to rip me for this but i am not the biggest eater so i will be relying on a lot of protein powder (mixed w/ whole mile).
    A just got a bunch of turnibol and wanted to know if anyone can help me with telling me how much i should take.
    I am happy with the fact that it will boost my apitite but I also do not want to take more than I need.
    I am not looking for HUGE gains and I also do not want to stay on it for too long.
    so here is my question:
    how much should i take (morning and night) and for how long?

    no one does just one cycle. that's like saying you'll try cocaine just once. once you know, you know.
    w/ that being said you need test w/ this run. need test in every cycle. w/o it you'll get shut down. so if you're not ready for injectables you should put off the gear.

    No offense bro but you don't sound ready or in need of juice.

    First off you need to get your diet and eating down.

    Second if you are only 145 it sounds like you maybe haven't been training or eating right. You could probably get a lot of natural gains first just by hitting the gym and eating good.

    My suggestion:

    Get a good diet plan. Eat well. Train hard. Gain some muscle, and when you hit a plateau. Then consider hitting up that cycle.

    And everyone on the forums is going to tell you:

    1st cycle = 500mg of Test injectable per week for 10-12 weeks.

    This isn't exactly one of those things that you want to half ass.

    you could quite easily with the right diet and rest/training regime get yourself another 20-30lbs natural!
    turinibal did not increase my appetite mate it decreased it in a big way,i had to force food down my throat when using that!
