Crazy Weight Gain.....

What up boys...

Im finishing up my Prop/Var cyc, about the 12-13th week and 2 more to go. My goal was to keep my BF down and stay as lean as possible and of course get my strength up. I have maintained my weight to stay approx 180. In the last week i have put on 11lbs out of nowhere??? I have not changed anything in my workout or diet. What I did do although was stop taking my nolvadex and liquidex (ran out, but in the mail) for the last two weeks. Im assuming this is all the water retention im putting on.... i gained three lbs yesterday alone!! some thoughts please....

IMO water/fat bro, think about it gaining 3 LBM overnight?? Physically, impossible..

It's water. This is where the "nolva limits gains" school of thought stems from, but the water you're now toting around will be dumped upon ending your cycle or resuming nolva (and adex), so gains it is not. 11lbs is still a lot in one week though.

It's water. I gained 5lbs of water in one and a half days while on Test Cyp, and dbol.

thats exaclty what i was assuming and hoping for!! Do you think ill return to my normal weight once i get on nolva/liquidex again???
