My friend is fixing to start a Test E and Winny Cycle. He will be using 500mg of Test E (shots on Mon & Thur) for 10 weeks. Weeks 7-12 he will use winny at 50mg EOD. He also has nolvadex on hand and will do clomid therapy following the cycle. Is there anything else he needs? Also what kind of liver protection can he get and how should he take it...Thanks Bros--

is this his 1st cycle? how old is he? i would say to run test for 12 weeks
for liver protection you could take Milk thistle and Ala's during cycle

If it were me I would
1. Run the Test for 12 weeks
2. Ditch the winny(more for cutting/hardening and better with prop/eq IMO)
-if taken, youd see better results with ED
3. Dont have Nolvadex just on hand, take it throughout the cycle and during PCT along with your Clomid
4. Take Milk Thistle for liver

i agree with luke, save the winny for cutting. milk thistle for liver protection. i know i've never had to use nolva, but always had it on hand.

So you think he should take 50mg of winny every day instead of every other day?? any more opinions....

yea def 50mgs ED if your friend is gonna do it. your buds cycle history would help too....
