Help with planning my next cycle ...

Hey Everyone, my first post here. :lift:

I'm doing PCT for my 10 week Sus 250 cycle right now (finished off with a couple of Test E shots just to see how it would go). Had some really good gains and added a bit of fat from all the extra food that I'll work off sooner or later (this was my first cycle).

Currently I'm 27 years old, 6'2", 225lbs (should be around 215-220 aftr PCT ... hopefully) and around 9-10% BF. I won't be doing another cycle for 8-9 months at the earliest, so I'll be training naturally getting my BF% down and then going to gain some strength. But I want to start saving up money for the gear.

I will have access to Test E, Sustanon 250, Primobolan, Equipoise and Winstrol. As well as Proviron, Nolvadex, Clomid and Clen.

With the above in mind (and assuming my nutrition and training are up to par), can some of the mods or more experienced members here help out with a little cycle planning? (I've heard good things about Equipoise, so I'm really curious about that).

Sorry, I should also mention that my goals for the next cycle are to gain 10 to 15 lbs of maintainable muscle, as well as increasing my strength.

With this product list I would suggest:

Test Enan 16 weeks @ 500-750mg EW
EQ 14 weeks @400-600mg EW
Winnie weeks 15-18 @ 40-50mg ED
Nolva weeks 1-18 @ 10mg ED, weeks 19-22 @ 10mg ED
L-dex weeks 1-12 @ .25mg ED, weeks 13-18 @ .5mg ED, weeks 19-21 @ .25mg ED
Clomid weeks 19-21, I suggest running it days 1-2 @300mg, days 3-7 @200mg, days 8-14 @100mg, days 15-21 @50mg
Clen weeks 19-20 (hopefully you know your own dosage range on this)
ECA weeks 21-22, repeat Clen weeks 23-24.
Milk Thistle @750-1,000mg ED weeks 1-21


That's just my suggestion I'm throwing out there. I'm bored. :D I used a range on the dosages so you can go with what you think you should go with. If this is just your 2-3 cycle go with the lower end of the spectrum. If not then think on the higher end.

Is money an issue and is the Primo legit?

If that's the case I'd run this..

Test E @ 500mg ew 1-14
Primo @ 400mg ew 1-14
EQ @ 400mg ew 1-13
Nolva @ 10mg ed 1-16
Proviron @ 50mg ed 1-16
Nolva @ 20mg ed 17-19
Clomid @ 100mg ed 17-19

You know I forgot and used L-dex instead of Proviron in my lay out I suggested. Oops. Substitute that one item with the Proviron Diesel just suggested.

I'm not to sure about this one...... can you run Pro during PCT?

Oh yes, Taurine @ 5g ED weeks 19-20, and 23-24. And Pottasium @400-500mg ED weeks 19-20, and 23-24.

Well I meant follow your suggestion entirely and completely ignore the l-dex layout. You're right, no Proviron during Clomid from what I understand.

yea, I got the worst ****ing cramp in my calf the 2 weeks on I didn't use potassium with my clen so I highly recommend using it. I couldn't walk on it for the whole next day. My calf shifted completely to almost my shin, I had to push it back in place... some scary **** right there..

I know what you're talking about. It's not pleasent. It's like you lose your off switch to flexing.

Exactly, by far the worst place I've ever had a cramp..

diesel ... I believe the Primobolan is legit. You can never be 100% sure I guess.
