    Lagging body parts

My arms and legs do not grow as well as my chest, back and shoulders. I am fixin to start a cycle an I am considering hitting arms and legs twice a week, or every 9 days or so. Do you think that I would be overtraining them? Got any other suggestions?

How are you working them now?
I believe that if you just isolate the lagging body part...have an arms only workout...prioritize it in your workout schedule & work it every 5 days.
But what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another.

I work my arms once a week and do 3 different exercises of 3 sets for a total of 9 sets for bis and 9 sets for tris.
by the way can someone tell me how to include a quote of someone elses post in my posts/replies?

Yes, working lagging parts twice weekly is okay and in fact recommended.
