Hi my stats are 223 at 9% and 5'9". my goals are to to just add 5-10pounds and without retaining muchwater. Ok thanks everyone for the help.....here is my cycel...and i have also been already on GH for the past 7months...

GH= 2iu 6on1off----1-99 week
Anavar =20mg ED---1-15 week
Tren -75mg EOD----1-15 week OR do u guys think test Test Enan 250wk OrTest prop at 100mg EOD

EQui-200mg Wk----1-15 week

Nolva 10mg/day
liqdx .25mg/day

WK 1-12 Prop 75 mgs ED
WK 1-10 tren 50 mgs ED

forget the VAR and EQ,they aren't needed.save the cash for more GH.

Run your anti's how you have them listed above.Add b-6 @ 200 mgs ED.
