From what I understand, NO2 is a product that stimulates some type of chemical in your body that causes your muscles to become more pumped looking and fuller. I know that it is very similar to Cell-Techs new product Pump-Tech. IMO Muscle Tech is some over rated, overpriced bullsh*t. All they do is spend more money on advertising than the other companies do. They are the only supplement company that claims that some of thier subject gained " an amazing 10 pounds in 1 week on some fuc*in creatine!!!!" This company blows, I wouldnt put my hard earned cash into any of thier products.

I've seen first hand what pure whey protein by itself can do to a body with no other supplements or AAS. When I was training naturally, I weighed about 175 and I was consuming between 350-375g of whey a day. I gained about 10 pounds in 4-5 months, and I gained alot of strength. I felt awesome on a really clean diet and I was asked if I was taking any juice. The pic in my avatar was taken about a month before I injured my should playing hockey and had to take some serious time off from the gym.
Everyone will probably tell you that a good diet and the right amount of protein is a huge part of supplementation and training, on AAS or off.
I don't know too much about this No2, but I've read and heard mixed reviews. When it comes to products like that, I'll stick to a good EQ/Prop stack any day of the week.

not just about muscle tech either, there is far too much crap out there
muscle tech's advertising is completely over the top, and products are too overpriced (cell tech for instance)

its the same formula or chemicals used in viagra..which make your blood flow become better allowing more nutrients in your muscle and giving you a better pump.
its not going to give you a hard all day lol it has nothing to do with that. but after 2 weeks or so of taking it youll see your veins poping out and youl feel TIGHT when you work out. its a preaty straight product i like it. it kind of helps in giving you a hard look if you have low bf.

Don't waste your money bro. I used it for a few months last summer and I had pretty good pumps while on it but they went away after I got off it. It is very overpriced. Do a search about M1T. you might decide you want to try it. also, you should have posted this question in the supplements forum.

Would it be a good thing to take when your off cycle. Like between cycles? Or would it mess you up more.

I think it's crap.. however it will have no effect on HTPA so use it if you want between cycles or on. It doesn't matter.

i, personally, wouldn't buy a **** thing from gnc. everything is overpriced, your paying for a name. i've heard a few friends rave about what they have heard about no2 for a while, but i wouldn't waste my money.
