    Exclamation Bah! my ligaments!

    I have no idea where I should post this so I'll just do it here. I'm on cycle right now and my ligaments in my elbows are hurting like crazy! I did one set of preacher curls then gave up and tried to do shoulders, then quit halfway through that. Whats the fastest way to heal them up? I know that sounds stupid but I don't want to wait until the end of my cycle to start lifting heavy again! I thought it was my joints so I went to go pick up some glucosamine but the pharmasist told me if I didn't feel my joints grinding alittle then its probably my ligaments and I should take ibprofen every 4 hours. Well I picked up some of that. Does anyone with experience in regards to this have any other suggestions?

    The pharm sounds like a retard. If your ligaments are injured the joint will feel unstable when you apply torque to it (don't do this yourself, get a doc or physiotherapist to do it). Sounds more like you have a tendon prob to me. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation and an anti inflammatory never hurts. Ask you doc for VIOXX, it kicks ass.

    Happens to me when i overtrain,doing to much to heavy all the time with out much rest.Its hard to stay out of the gym,but REST!

    And its my tendons between the bi and forearm,that happens to hurt when i overtrain,but you learn to pull back when you feel like your pushing it,and dont keep lifting through the pain,i did it once and it took like a month to get better.

    tendon problems are a tough one. rest and Ice are all you can really do
    ibprofen is good for bringing the swelling down and nothing more. good luck bro

    how long do you guys think I should give it? I'm thinking I'll dial back on the heavy weights for a week then see how it goes after that.

    what are you using... it has a lot to due with joint pain?

    tendon probs can last a life time if not careful.
    like tennis elbow. I would talk to a doc.
    this is over my head

    do you mean what gear am I using?

    yeah you're right dive. I have to get on operation on tuesday, I'll see if I can ask the doc about it then.

    yeah like test alone or test/winny? Im wondering if you have any deca /eq or var. Those will strenghten your joints durring a cycle.

    no all I was taking was dbol and test e. and I used up the dbol 2 weeks ago

    how many more weeks do you have? If its 8 or so Id toss in 200mg of EQ and see if that helps

    well this sucks. this test is making me depressed enough as it is now I cant even lift weights while I'm on cycle. I might as well just give up and start pct. I already had to give up deads because of my back and I still havent even gotten word on whats wrong with that.

    just got a cortisone shot in my right elbow, feels much better! Of course, get exray and mri first like i did

    I have golfers tendonitis in my right elbow. Sharp pain on the inside boney part. If its outside you have tennis tendonitis. Only time & message to increase blood flow as the tendons normally get less oxygenated blood.

    A 4 yrs ago I had it in my left arm. It healed but only after I had a 2yr layoff from a move & buisness. Now my right is acting up. Since I do not wish to totally stop I am forced to reduce my weight. 2-3 months Should heal or for me Its been maybe 5 months now but its not as bad since I dropped the weight & do not do the execises that causes a direct pain. I am also using some stuff called CT cream a herbal cream I rub on 3 times a day. Cannot say if its working because its only been 2 wks.
