I have a preference for Quad Injecting, is it dangerous if i hit my left leg every monday and my right every thursday and then repeat or can injecting the same spot once a week cause serious problems?

injecting a muscle once a week is fine

depending on how long your cycle is, it could cause scar tissue to build up in the area you were injecting.

yeah, they're right, your ok with how your doing it. by quad i guess your talking injecting into the anterior part of your leg, correct? if so, and you like leg injections, try this: devide your leg into to thirds, legthwise and across, inject into the outer, middle third....you'll be hitting the vastus lateralis, versus the rectus femoris on top of your leg.

I shoot my quads on mon/thurs too... about 8 weeks in and no scar tissue yet...

14 weeks of quads and 1 delt... omg... delts were 50 times less painful... honestly... skin feels PAPER thin... it slips in.. only thing is it was actually painfull post injection due to all the excess movement of a 1 handed injection of deca /test with a 25 guage pin... had to push... that and it was 2CC... anyways... do delts if you can...
