Got my Gear any tips.?
Finally got my gear.. Sustanon 250 and primo depot..
planning on goin on a cuttin diet.. so hows this sound.
[breakfast]
protein shake (with multivitamin)
[lunch]
tuna in water + salad
[evening snack]
protein shake or skimmed milk with a fruit
[after workout]
protein shake
[dinner]
3 grilled chicken breasts

I feel that you are not going to be eating enough to grow. Post your diet in the diet forum and let the bros there take a look at it. What does your cycle look like???

oh btw i just finished my 6 month diet.. lost 119 pounds.. and yesterday i started liftin weights after my cardio and i gained 2 pounds just from that.. is that normal?

167 atm.. my trainer says i should eat 5 light meals a day made up of protein/fat like steaks chicken breasts tuna egg whites etc as long as i keep it 5 meals.. and light.
