    Diet Question

i read the diet and diet tips on the home page but still didnt recieve the facts that iwas looking for
i look at the back of pacages of food and still it gets a little confusing
from what i read on the board i understand that i should get on a diet that allows 2g protien per body lb.
if i weigh 165 lbs then i should eat 330 g of protien ed.

lets say for breakfest i have 2 eggs(not sure but lets say 10g) on 2 slices of white bread(4g) with 4 slices of bacon(8g) and 1 slice of cheese(4g)=26g

for lunch 1 can of tuna(30g)on white bread(4g)=34g

after lunch between dinner a twin labs protien shake(45g)=45g

    for dinner 1chicken breast(45g) rice(8g)and some veggies(2g)=55g
    total grams 160

in order to get the right amount i would need
4 eggs 4slices of bread 8slices of bacon 2 slices of cheese
2 cans of tuna on 2 sandwhiches
    2 protien shakes
2 chicken breasts with double portion rice and viggies=320g
throw in a couple of glasses of milk and its about right.

is there somthing i can eat without inqesting all this food?
because i dont think i will be able to move after eating this amount of food.i have 2 jobs and feel like i would be unable to budge an inch after that.
also is liqid protien(protien shakes)as good as real food because if not that just means more food.

Eat at least 5 full meals and 2 shakes/bars and you'll be in business. Your body will get used to it quickly.

Hey, 4 plates, the reason why you workin a big belly from that, is it was loaded with WAAYYY too many cals for one sitting. But like my bro..wan2besolid says, "you wanna get big?...you gotta eat big!". Trust me, take it up 500 cals a week, and before you know you'll be eating more than ever and it's easy as gettin a hard-on when you see a pic of pamela anderson from behind wearing only a leapord thong on a tuesday night. I can't make it more than 2.5-3 hours b/w meals, mostly 2 hours. You just get used it...

same here it works like clock work every three hours I start to get hungry I dont even have to look at the clock. The biggest problem is staying away from the junk food.
