How much clen is too much!

I just worked my self up too 200 mcg's of clen today and im finally really getting the shakes in my hands. I havent noticed any weight loss yet is this normal? Do many people make it up to 200 mcg's + Any info would be appreciated.

I generally keep in below 160..it also depends on how you are taking it- being split up throughout the day or in smaller doses.

It probably depends on your individual tolerance, but I keep it around 140-160, I used to split mine up but now I do it all in the morning

How long have you been taking Clen? If you have worked your way up to 200 mcg's you should have loss some body fat. Are you on a strict diet and cardio? How are you taking the Clen, what kind, and how often all in the morning or split up though the day? I max out at 180mcg's on a two week on two week off with ephedra during the off cycle.

The last 3 days I have been taking 4 pumps split throughout the day...works great....4 pumps is equal to 400 mcg's

....are you guys sure your clen is dosed properly? 200mcg is a LOT of clen....should have you bouncing off the walls....and sweating like there is no tomorrow. Just an observation....

The most I take in is around 200mcg a day.

I take 220 mcg's a day. Thats when the shakes kick in.

I got up to 160mcg, how long have you been running the clen for?

I got up to 280 mcgs. But I could only hold that dose for 3 days and had to come back down to 240 mcgs.

I weigh 215, this is my first time ever using clen, and 200mcg's a day isnt phasing me. I get a littly shaky, but only for a couple hours out of the day, I do feel warmer all day, but not to the point i'm sweating yet.
