Hcg?

Here is my proposed upcoming cycle. My question is how to incorporate HCG into this cycle so that I my balls don't atrophy an incredible amount and recovery is made easier. I think I read about using it 2x a week throughout the cycle at 500 iu's a shot, does that sound right? Also feel free to add any suggestions to this cycle.
Week 1-15 100 mg prop ed
Week 1-12 75 mg tren ed
Week 7-15 60 mg var ed
Week 1-15 20 mg nolvadex ed
Week 1-15 .25 mg l-dex ed
Week 1-15 200 mg vit b6 ed

You will need to run a proper PCT with nolva, l-dex, clomid and b-6. Start PCT 3 days after last prop inject. Look in the PCT forum at Pheedno's PCT it will help greatly.

I know how to run proper pct and I will

But I don't know how to use HCG while on cycle thats all. I will look at Pheedno' PCT for info on the HCG though.

I wasn't sure because most everything you posted ended at week 15.

Yeah, sorry about that, Thats just my cycle with ancillaries that I posted. I should have noted that I would be running proper PCT. But, About the HCG . I think I will run it like this

week 4-7 500 iu's 2x week
week 9-12 500 iu's 2x week

But I would love anyone elses opinions!

There are some many different ways to run it, but your cycle is rather mild. IMO i would run 500iu's twice per wk 5,6,12,13

Recovery should be fine

SOme people run 250iu's ed after wk 8 or so... Like I said there are so many ways to run it but you have a mild cycle and there is no need for over kill...
