Low dose cycle for runner
Unusual question for the vets...
I am wondering if a low dosage sustanon 250 and deca cycle will help with a goal of running a half marathon.
Age is 41, 6'4" roughly 235. BF approximately 12%.
The reason for the deca is to help with bad knees (old football injuries) and arthritis. I know from previous cycles that deca helps with joints. Already doing the glucosamine supplements.
The reason for the test is to help mitigate the reduced sex drive from the deca, and I have also heard that test helps temporarily reduce joint pain.
Proposed dosages would be low, in the range of 100 to 200 mg per week of deca and 250 mg of sustanon per week.
I've run several cycles in the past 20 years but the cycles were always related to mass and strength or getting cut.
What do you think ?
