No! You need to eat massive amounts of calroies and protiem when doing te juice. Protien builds muscle, period! Calories give you the extra energy and build muscle... period.
Eat 3500+ cal and 200+ grams of protien when doing a cycle or don't bother doing the juice at all!!!
