The pain comes from the BA and not the actual substance. The needle going through your muscle can hurt also especially for the 1st timers. Sust is human grade and it ****in* kills IMO.

I've tried human grade and home made and I think it just depends on each one individually. Sust hurts either way for some, QV products hurt some and not others.

The pain is caused by the Benzyl alcohol levels. If you are making human grade gear at a multi-million dollar facility with a sterile clean room, you can afford to use just enough alcohol to dissolve the steroid powder and still have a clean product. To ensure sterility in underground labs and shady veterinary companies, other types of gear use higher levels of alcohol. Otherwise, things like propionate and other short esters require more alcohol to dissolve, and are therefore more painful. Sustanon contains short estered hormones.

Like freud said, the vet gear has more BA and less BB therefore more pain. Has nothing to do with potency or cleanliness, as a rule
