    injection site w/ deca?

    i have been injecting primarily in my glutes with my deca , switchin between right and left sides each week...is this wrong? should i be injecting somwhere else? let me know what you think

    Day 1 Left Delt
    Day 4 Left Quad
    Day 7 Left Glute
    Day 10 Right Glute
    Day 13 Right Quad
    Day 16 Right Delt
    Day 19 Left Delt
    and so on and on....
