    1st cycle Gains

    please post your first cycle, weight gain, before/after measurments, and before/after strength improvements on major lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench, shoulder press)

    To be honest it does not really matter what I gained form my first cycle.......What
    does matter is if you are in a good place to start a cycle.............are you?

    I started of at185lbs before my first cycle and ended up at 200. but since then ive done another cycle and im now a lean 210lbs and in going on another cycle in september.

Listen justincase your right in doesnt matter what you gained on your first cycle because I could care less, why must you turn my post into something else, and yes I am in a good place to start my cycle. 6ft 190, 16 1/2 arms, 25 legs, shoulder press 205x12, bench 315x2 around 10% bf

    Oh yeah! I can see from your stats you are ready.....I know 190 is the max
    you can put on a 6 foot frame....and wow! 16 1/2 in arms! you are right...

Is it? and if your going to preach to anyone maybe it should be to my 145# 6ft 1 friend with 12" arms who just pumped 1250mg in him last week. If your not going to say anything useful then please get out.

    As for the original question, it really depends on what you run and how well ur diet is while ur running it. My first cycle i gained around 15lbs, the rest was water and extra bodyfat. Although i cant tell you exact measurements, i basically blew up... thighs were gettin tight around my jeans, shirts were cutting off circulation, etc. Strength went up more than i expected, because i wasnt really looking for it to at that time, but enough to make me get off the bench and say..."did i just do that?" . It was a light test and deca cycle. Now enough of that, why do you want to know all this?

    Well I just started my cycle and I would like to hear how others have improved on their cycles. I realize everyone is different and I know a few people that have gone on their first cycle but I just like hearing about their transformations.

    My cycle

    Test E - 750mg first 2 weeks, 500mg/wk after for 12 weeks
    anavar - 40mg/wk weeks 6-14

    Thanks, I realize I could still gain naturally but I have done over two years of research and Ive done it pretty well. I dont post much because I know how to use the search button. Regardless I already started and NOBODY could have stopped me. 1st shot was a breeze, Cant wait for the second tomm. Wish me luck guys.

    Dude, wtf is everybodies problem. I think it would be fun and interesting to see everyones first cycle experience. i am myself kind of curious what a beginners test cycle would do to a bench press

    my first cycle i shot 500mgs of sustanone a week for about 10 weeks and gained about 25 pounds. i also shot it all at once because at that time i wasnt aware of the term half life.

    I am half way through my first 500test/4oodeca
    started 215 now 233.some water for sure but fat has not gone up

    It is evident that you did research what you were doing, so i'm not worried about you starting early or anything. What i am currious about tho is why are you running the test at 750 and then dropping it to 500?

    What I was asking for has taken him too long to post.
    stats are needed....also what he is running/going to run in a cycle.....
    I could tell him I gained 20lbs on my first cycle.......hmmmm would that help?
    NO....If I told him I was 5' 9" and my cycle was sust250@ 750mg a week
    with 50mg of winny EOD and I kicked it off with anadrol 50mg for 4 weeks....
    that would help.
    Now if he had posted that his age was xx old 6' tall 190lbs and running
    test E @ 750mg and Anavar @ 40mg that would have helped.
    (Not much to ask for!!)

    By the way I am 5’ 9 ½” 202lbs (today) 10% BF 19 in arms and I’m 38 yrs old.

    I see what your saying justincase but this thread isnt about me, its about everyone who has completed (or almost completed) their 1st cycle. When I complete my cycle then I will give my before and after stats. Since I dont have any after stats everyone could prob give 2 sh**s about what my stats are now. You are a big guy and I hope to have 19 in arms by the time Im done with my 3rd cycle.

    I was not ripping you......sorry it came off that way......
    stats are a good thing, I have seen guys start working out and jump into a cycle
    expecting to gain 20 to 30 lbs and come away with 5 to 7 because there body just is not ready and there diet/workout sucks......ya know?

    My first cycle was Test E and Deca for 10 wks and I blew up 40 lbs! Strength was out of this world but My second cycle that i just finished was much better...i ran Test E and Eq and got real good gains in strength and def lost some body fat

    Im 1 and a half weeks in so far and im loving it, Up 9 pounds, Arms are 17" , and bench is up to 315x4. Cant wait till week 4-5
