    DNP 200mg caps w/ 200mg of Quercetin, what is

    Quercetin, what is it? and how long should a take these caps of 200mg of DNP and quercetin? Do I just need one cap a day?

    quercetin is a anithistamine/antioxidant. and DNP is probably the most dangerous compound in this game IMO. ive seen a lot of people runnin lower dosages of DNP( 200mg ed) lately and are pretty succesful... check the members cycle forum.

    and do a search for as much info as you can..... DNP can be very safe but if you dont know what your doing which it seems u dont it can be very dangerous

    all i can say is that you need to just research out the ass before taking it. I cruised on 200mg for a few days and decided to up it. I ended up at 800mg but then got really sick with a fever, rash, yellow eyes, cum, ect so its nothing to mess with unless you know all about it and know what COULD happen to you. You can't beat the results though, i dropped about 11 pounds in just under two weeks..........good luck!
