low water retension !

i have read the profiles on sus 250 and it does not seem to be very clear as to how much water retension you get from it !
i have test prop and this is low for water retension !
and winny which i am doing at the end of the cycle does winny help lowering water retention ?
i seem to be prone to water ret and it is v important to me to keep it to a minimum !
i a taking nolvodex 10mg a day which is ment to lower wr but am i taking enough to lower it ?
i am drinking lots of water to !
in my prevoius cycles i used sust deca and debol and my face bloated up i look silly ! will this have been more due to the debol ? or the test ?
how good is this liqiud x and arimex at lowering water retention ? it should be it cost an arm and a leg !

Yes, Winny will help with Water Retention, Winny hardens the muscles by drying them out, hince getting rid of the water in your joints and muscles, giving you the hard solid look. I am planning on doing a sus cycle with winny in a few months.
Amr and Liqu X are expensive, and they are mainly used as an Anti Ester.
Use Winny 50MG ED or EOD and you shouldn't have any problems.
Might not be a bad idea to throw some EQ in with that test too, that will help. But EQ can be alittle pricey and shots up to every other day, but good stuff.
I'd say get some winny and you will be fine.
Drink plenty of water too.
