sup guys, when i go to the gym i bust ass. plain and simple. i am running 600mg of prop every week, my diet is ok, needs a little fine tuning and i sleep about 5-6 hrs a night. my question is. the day after i work out i am so exausted.. i have no urge to anything. i am so **** sleepy its not funny. what do i need to do to change this besides more sleep??
