    My boy wants to lose BF and get ripped...

    This is not for me, as I am trying to bulk up. This is for my boy.
    5'9 200lbs with lots of bodyfat
    2 years training

    Wants to diet and get RIPPED.

    What can be some good steroids to look into and research about.

    Again, this is for my boy.

    test prop at 300 mg week along with winny 50mg ed, get him on a ketogenic det, or a ckd, toss in clen /eca and do plenty of hiit cardio

    How much is "lots" of bodyfat?

    Steroids don't make you ripped. A restricted caloried diet with plently of cardio-vascular exercise will.

    Have him come up with a sound dietary/cardio approach first.

    Seems like the focus is drugs, drugs, drugs.

    Swole, AandF, and MMC are right! If you're looking for drugs you got an issue! It's not about what you take, it's about what you do...eat clean low carbs and tons of cardio..if he doesn't want to do that...well, he doesn't want it!

    Ask anyone who knows....juice isn't the answer...hardwork, dedication, strict diet and supplementation....do it right or don't do it at all!

    I thought you wanted to bulk up man ... why the cutting now all of a sudden?

    diet and cardio and eca and or clen is what I'd do.

    Bump to all of the above....Diet comes first, then Cardio & training. Something like an ECA can be added was well, but he'll have to watch his BP, as you said he has quite a bit of fat on him.

    Don't listen to anyone when they advise you to use test prop for cutting, as though it were better than any other form of testosterone . For the last time, "TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE DOES NOT HAVE UNIQUE FAT BURNING EFFECTS." It is simply plain, old testosterone with a 2-3 day time release mechanism.

    Where did this myth come from? This is my guess:

    Short estered testosterone could be used by bodybuilders up until a competition, because they could control how quickly they got the testosterone out of their systems, so they wouldn't be on stage bloating from estrogen aromatizing from testosterone...

    His answer is diet and cardio bro, which I believe was answered in yesturday's post. Tell him to try the sticky in the diet section on cutting and do his cardio and I promise in three months he'll be plenty ripped.

    I think that if he gets everything in check... diet and cardio... he could take some Clen and T3 to speed up his results.... but that is his call... I don't agree with people discouraging the use of "drugs" on here.... especially when someone is looking for help... it seems like people are reluctant to give information because they probably did it the hard way or want someone to "deserve" the use of AAS and the like.... but I don't really think like that... I think that all the information that can maximize their results should be given... so obviously... Clen and T3... if you don't have those then use an ECA... as far as using AAS... prop would be the way to go... although I agree it doesn't help you cut... but it also doesn't make you fatter... and it adds muscle... and the more muscle you have the more fat you burn... right? So it is beneficial to a cutting cycle... besides... the more muscle you have the less fat you look...

    I agree with 100% natural, but I think that the most important question before considering any drug use is how old is he? Don't use any kind of testosterone if he has any chance he may still be growing!

    The whole point of steroids are when an athlete or body builder has pushed his body to its natural limits, and uses the gear to break through barriers... And if he's been training for two years and has a lot of fat.... ummm he's not training hard enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Know what happens when one uses T-3 w/out at least 400mgs. of AAS per week?

    Bye bye lean muscle tissue. No, clen WILL NOT help with the catabolism of T-3, only AAS supplementation will.

    You said you "don't agree" with people discouraging others not to do drugs, however you are giving advice such as this? So, it's not okay to tell people to "hold off and train naturally to get a base solidified", but it's okay to give advice like this that is TOTALLY WHACK?
