PAinful injection....help

A few days ago I injected 1.5cc of test suspension..Yeah the water-based stuff...well that stung like h#ll!!!!..well it has felt like a knot is under my skin since ive injected. I hit (actually someone gave me the shot) my right glute. Its been almost 3 days and its still tender but the knot is the size of a golfball...Any experiences or feedback would be helpful........Thanks

be patient dont push on the plunger to fast. also heating pad and massaging the site helps. if it is ur first the first couple of sticks at any site usually are painful. but u get used to them.

will the bump go away???? Ive done oil-based test and deca and have become used to those injections. From time to time they are sore but nothing like this...

that's pretty normal for water-based injectables if you ask me...
