Deca and sust

thinking of adding 300mg- 400mg of qv 300 to sust cycle, so i do it per wk or split it 2x wk?

Im doing sust, deca , dbol at the moment !
Sunday 250mg/sust, 200mg/deca (mornings)
Tuesday 250mg/sust (mornings)
Thursday 250mg/sust, 200mg/deca (evening)
Works for me !!

it keeps levels more stable if you split it.

Why not split it if you are already injecting EOD. It will help to keep you more stable throughout.

will split it, info i saw shows it peak at 2 days, 7 days about half that and 16 days back to normal, so it makes more sense to go 2x wk and keep it stable for 10 wks, just wanted some info,
