    Question First Cycle Advice

    First Cycle

    Although this is my first official post, I have been reading from behind the seens for several months now. I also have visited Extreme Fitness on a regular basis for info and insight.

    A little about myself...

    30 years old
    6'2" tall
    210 pounds
    14% BF

    I have been in and out of the gym pretty regularly for about 3 years now. I typically work my ass off for 3-4 months until I get frustrated with results and quit working out for a few months. I just started back and this time I want to try something new. I need to see results. By results I mean size and strength gains.

    I am looking to attempt my first cycle. What I have in mind is:


    Code:
    Dianabol       25mg/day       -4 weeks
    Test E         400mg/week    -10
    
    (Nolvadex         everyday while taking Dianabol)
    
    Clomid           Post cycle
    I am curious as to what the general consensus is in regards to this 1st cycle. Good or Bad?

    cycle looks good, typical first cycle.
    run nolva @ 10mg ed all cycle (and ldex @ 0.25mg ed too if u want).
    pct with clomid and nolva (read in educational thread and in pct forum, there are lots of useful posts).
    so, your cycle should be:
    1-4 dbols 25-30mg ed
    1-10 test 400mg wk (something like 200mg 2 x wk or 250 e4d)
    1-12 nolva 10mg ed
    1-12 ldex .25mg ed
    13-15 clomid (300-100-50 and nolva @ 20mg)

    forgot to mention liver protectans while on dbols (and lots of water too)

    Like fabry said, looks good for a typical first cycle.

    My concern is that you haven't put in a lot of time in the gym. That fact that you go for a couple of months then get frustrated tells me something in your training is off, either you're not training hard enough/correctly, or you're not eating enough. Either way, you need to fix those problems before you use steroids , because if they aren't on, adding steroids is not going to help and you'll just get frustrated again.

    Thats a good point and something I missed. That original post was a copy/paste from an original post I made back in May on another board.

    I adjusted the wegith in original post from 192 to my weight now-210.

    I have made gains (18 lbs) in the last 4 months and am now ready to kick things into high gear.

    kind of looks like my cycle. 2nd cycle=
    D-Bol week 1-6 10mg 3 pills a day
    Test E. 250mg strength 4 cc's a week. week 2-14
    Deca at 600mg a week. week 1-12
    running clomids and HCG pct
    milk thistle to fight the toxins from d bol
    taking Nolva as anti-estrogen only when signs of gyno occur
    also throwing in creatine and Mammoth 2500 in the cycle along with a flawless diet
    any input? good or bad will be appreciated

    author of this thread: I did Test-E my first cycle and was happy with the results, try throwing in some Deca with the D-Bols and you should get good results. We can compare after our cycles are complete

    one gram of test per week is alot for a second cycle.
