I have a compitition in 3 weeks , I have some aldactone that I was going to use the week before. Im a little concerned about the anti androgen effect of it . Will it flatten me out . I dont no if I should use it or not . Would potassium loading ,with a little lasix on hand just in case be a better choice.
Start around 5 days out, take 50mg at supper time 50mg at bed time. Drink 4-5 galons of water, mon-wed or thrus dependinin on how your looking. cut soduim on wed. And cut water back to about 1/2-3/4 on friday, you should be dry by sat. am.
Why take it at supper and before bed , wouldnt you want to split it up a.m. &pm.
Did test run and that worked well.. but am/pm might be good too
