Have a friend that called me the other day and asked if he could be wasting his orals. He seems to think that if he takes a dump 35 to 45 min after. He is apparently just let it pass thru with out being absorbed. He seem to think that taking it after his dump would be better?. I don't know but he works at the Vita Store and he's supposely knows about time released absorb. Eitherway does anyone know or can prove him wrong.

I also didn't ask him about or go into detail about his poo
that just freakin gross. My wife looked at me and said when this was going down, you sure do meet some weird people

He's the type of person to push liquid and gel caps insted of tablet form. Which is prob some corparate plan to sell a certian item.
