start antis 2 weeks before the cycle?

I'm thinking to start the Nolvadex & Proviron 2 weeks before my cycle to give them time to work is it a good idea?

BTW i'm still healing from a gyno surgery i'll back to the gym in 2 wks

here is my cycle

1-4 D-bol 30mg ed

1-12 Sustanon 500mg ew injecting EOD

1-12 proviron 50mg ed

1-12 Nolvadex 20mg ed

pct Clomid 300/100/50 along woth Nolva

last question i have the Nile sustanon 250 & its 1ml per amp
& i'll inject 125mg eod that means i'll inject half cc or not because i'm a little confused about it
