Nothing, per say, will cut you up by itself. That all lies on ur diet and cardio. Ephedrine can, however, be very usefull in dieting because of the lil boost it gives you metabolism and because of the energry boost it'll give to your workouts.
An effective way to stack it would be the classic ECA stack...
Ephedrine... Caffeine...Aspirin...

Ephedrine is muscle sparing, which is it's biggest asset to a reduced calorie diet. It will increase your metabolism slightly, and keep your body from burning much muscle while dieting.
