streach marks just started

what the ****. i havnt been in the gym for a couple of months now and im just starting to get streach marks. is there any good prevention or is viteman E my best route. also take orally or in a rub. please help guys, getting back in the gym very soon. after a break like this my muscles have good memory and i dont wasn any more marks.

Look into Vitamin E cream, cocoa butter, and the creams that are made for pregnant women...

I personally use a body wash that has cocoa butter in it as well.. can't hurt...

BTW, not to bust your balls, but this question would get better results in the AR Spa forum...

There's nothing to get rid of streach marks.

Trust me, I'm a skin care developer.

But if you have to be sold dreams try the anti-stretch mark lotion by Re Vive.

BTW, it's around $200 for 100ml
