hello,
i have a question about the laymans guide to steriods. he states that less is better. and i appreciate everyones help in giving me advise on a first cycle but does anyone have any input on what he lives by in that book? :lift: :scratch: and also is 500mg of test cyp a week split in half be to much? im trying to bulk up with minimal loss

Well, personally, I would try 400-500mg of Test. You will get nice results and at that dose, it's not that high. My first cycle, I grew like a weed on 250mg of Test. However, the last 2 cycles, I had to up the dose.Quote:

you will definitely notice 500mg per week. (250mg E3.5D)
height isnt a factor, and neither is weight really - besides 200lbs is about average weight for your height.
