Now I'm only two weeks into my first cycle but I'm already seeing some gains. I've never been able to hang clean more than 220lbs one or two times, but today I cleaned 305 and probably could have moved up a little. Some of it might be mental becasue going into the lift I looked around at my teamates barely getting their low 200's and thought to myself, "I used to think I MIGHT be able to get that weight, but now I KNOW I can get this weight." But it couldn't have been all mental cause I just felt too stronger. Anyways, it pumped me up, and I thought I'd share.
