Drink 2 Gallons of Water, cut the sodium, drink green tea / Dandelion root tea, caffiene pills with ephedra and asprin sometimes works as a diuretic with 35 minutes of cardio, 5 times a week and u can also throw in some ancillaries i.e ldex, adex, nolva or letro...my .02 cents on the bloating face issue.
out of curiousity i was speaking to an emergency medicine doctor who ran an emergency room (A&E in the UK). he said that 'moon face' is not just to do with water retention and there are some other factor involved, and he implied that its not known why cortico and AA steroids cause this moon face.

That would seem to be permanent, but then, not sure if a cycle of 12 weeks or so will make a noticeable long term difference.
