2) Why is glutamine fighting against whey glutamine peptide for assimilation ? I can't find glutamine peptide on any whey label
3) What is the best time for first solid pwo meal ; some people say an hour after pwo liquid meal ; but it takes time to eat a solid meal after intense squats (no appetite) ; I need longer than an hour ; will the end of my meal (2 hours after pwo drink) be as well assimilated ?
