No this is not good at all it needs to be in a sterile environment. Sorry but you probably ruined it.

Yes and no on the prop is sterile thing. The prop had ba/bb in it which kept it sterile when air was pumped into the vial even though there were germs in the air now that the test is out there is still air in there with bacteria that will kill the HCG.
it may have been empty... but no extra air was added just solution... and if there was residue ... with a long enough amount of time... the particles in the air would settle on the bottom in the left over ba/bb solution... I bet it's a pretty safe bet that contamination is not an issue as long as he didn't effe it up... I personally would want to hear the opinion of one of our super chemists on here about the reaction between the prop and HCG.... maybe Einstein has something to say?

So now how would i know if the hcg is good or not, what things to expect to know that hcg is good and working well?
you should've posted a question on this before you did it. its kinda ass-backwards, cuz there is nothing you could do about it now. i'm taking it that you didn't even clean and sterilize your old prop bottle(oil based) before you put in your HCG(water base) that doesn't do you any justice. i personally wouldn't even shoot it anymore.. JMHO
