What will help me sleep that isn't habit forming?
Its starting to drive me nuts, last night I didn't fall asleep till about 3:30am, and I went to bed at about midnight! I just toss and turn and sweat, lots of sweating, I have no use for sheets now - I sleep on top of them.
I got fed up and took some 5-htp in hopes it would put me to sleep like it usualy does but that only made it worse, it made me incredibly tired in a physical kind of way but I was still unable to sleep which aggrivated me more
I'm worried when I start my cycle of prop/tren next it'll be unbearable. What can I pick up that isn't habit forming to help me sleep? I don't want to rely on the stuff forever, just when I refuse to goto sleep. What do you bros use?

what time r u waking up in the morning? try to get out of bed even if u don't have anything to do and go for a jog or something at 8am. u will be tired and start falling asleep sooner in a couple of days. if this is not ur problem then try drinking a glass of hot/warm milk a little before bedtime. it's ur best bet if u dont want to start taking sleeping pills wich i would'nt recomend to anyone. Good Luck!

I agree with harp my doc told me the same thing ( WARM MILK ) there is some chemicals in warm milk that help you fall asleep... cold mil doesnt have it though so the heat must do something to it?

I have trouble sleeping sometimes on the natch. I take an ambien on the nights I think I am going to have a hard time sleeping. Works everytime. Puts me out 1/2 hour after I take oit and I sleep like a baby for a solid 7 to 8 hours. jAmbien is a hypnotic, not a narcotic so it isnt habit forming, nad the doctors will give you an Rx if you ask for it specifically. Its a little spendy, about $30, for 10 pills, and usually thats all the doc will give you. But garunteed sleep.

melatonin/ZMA + occasional benedrill, tylonol pm would work too, they have the same acitve ingredient and it only stays in the body for 4-5 hours, perfect for people who have trouble going to sleep and still have to wake up in the morning.

Ambien, Nyquil, Melotonin, a Glass of Warm Milk...If all this doesn't work
Try Imovane, Valium, Demerol, Percs, T2 or T3..... (T2&T3 as in Tylenol 2s and 3s)....but these are kinda sorta habit forming so try Ambien....thats wat I take to sleep on tren .....

I thought I was going to be shocked if I made it through this entire thread without anyone mentioning Varlarian Root. But I'm glad to see that Auctoris and Lightweight brought it up because it definitely helps me.
The funny thing is I've been lying in bed for the last hour and half, unable to sleep. I ran out of Valarian root and I just put down some Nyquil. So I thought I'd checkin to AR before it kicks in..
Sleep well boys,
BLT

Melatonin
I have tried several stuff over the years and I have to agree that Melatonin is the best. However it makes you somewhat drowsy or space out in the morning, so play with the dosage and see which one is best. I asked my doctor for Ambien and Xanax, so I take xanax for 3 days and then Ambien for another 3 or 4 days and I keep on switching. Xanax is addictive, but ambien is not (well some people say it is, not for me at least), However after being on those 2 for 2 years I used Melatoonin and like it better. At times I use benadril and I sleep like a baby.
good luck

Tylenol PM and a BJ. Works everytime.
If you wake up four hours later, repeat #2, but not #1.
