Whats up bro's,
will start sust/eq cycle soon. i'm concerned about acne. i read panothentic acid at high doses is helpful. should i run this throughout my entire cycle (including clomid)? should i load at 3000mg/day for a few days, then decrease to say, 1500-100mg/day throughout the duration? i know everyone is different, just want to get a general idea.

B-5 is an expensive habit... I have always heard 5000 to load for the first week and then 1000 or 2000 for a maintenance dose... i am trying it now just in general and my skin looks ok, but funny thing is my nails are hard as rocks. LOL

If you have pimples start at 10g a day then go down to 5 or less. You can take 20g a day and only get the shits as a side effect.
10g's a day! Are you serious? Never heard of a dose that high. Have you taken it at those doses, and if so, were they effective?
to me 3g a day is effective i just stay on that all cycle and dont get hardly any spots or pimples

the gelatine in the panathintic acid will make your nails hard, and grow to.
Is this stuff illegal? Where can you get it? This would be a big help to that friend of a friend who I posted about, who has had acne for 4 months+ now and they won't go away!
i think u can get it from all the healthstore online like swansons or anyone like that walmart i dont know im not in the us
