Arimidex question...

should i run arimidex .25/day between post cycle and clomid therapy ( 3 week gap) ? need help on the clomid dosage as well.

week 1-8 sust 250ml/week
week 1-10 eq 400ml/week
week 1-15 glutamine 10mg/ED
week 13-15 clomid......??????????
week 1-10 and 13-15 arimidex .25/ED???????

As for the clomid, can't give you a specific answer how much you need to ingest. Experience brings me to tell you that 50mg per day is sufficient in terms of stimulating the patuitary thus, stimulating the gonies to produce more test.


(and yes keep a 3 week gap open before attempting to take clomid)
I would not excede 3 weeks while on clomid, has a chance of actually lowering your test levels if taken to long, with its fair share of side effect as well.

1st. yes, run the armidex durring the 3 weeks and 2nd. run clomid like this 300mg day 1, 100mg day 2-11, 50mg 12- 21

Cycle looks good but I'd do 2cc's a week of sust and save the glutamine for post cycle. Just my 2 cents

why not take Glutamine throughout? i heard that clomid should not be taken more than 14 days straight. is that accurate? i would prefer to take it no longer than 14 days...

Thats accurate.....

I would not excede 100mg a day of clomid, what you need a referal try a search engine on the net. read some more info on it .
you may find that 300mg of clomid a day is quite accesive.

Glutamine mainly helps prevent muscles from breaking down. I think that would be better used post cycle just my .02

Also I run clomid the way I stated above. It works well for me but if you don't wanna go 300 on day 1, Ive seen it ran like this
Week 1: 50mg ED
Week 2: 100mg ED
Week 3: 50mg ED

14 days ? I don't know about that. I've only seen people take it my way, the other way above or not at all (bad, bad, bad). Different things work for different people. Maybe someone else knows how you would take it for 14 days (just make sure you take it)

2 weeks worth of Clomid should be all you need.

This sounds pretty good:

500 mg sus a week for 10 weeks
400 mg eq a week for 10 weeks
0.25-0.5 mg arimidex ed (depending on how prone you are to estrogen related sides)
clomid 3 weeks after last injection... 100 mg ed for 10 days then 50 mg ed for another 10 days.

Save the glut for post cycle.
