Hey Guys. I was working on my 1st cycle for couple of weeks now. Posted questions before also. I took many advices about diet,cycle etc.
Now.. I was wondering which cycle would be better for me.. I have about 2 set up. See keep in mind that I am not a skinny guy... I have %14 bf 210 LBs. And I dont know if I really shoul use Dbol . Id like to do something that will give me a REAL,lean mass that will stay after PCT. Im still a newb so correct me if Im wrong. Dbol is for ppl with almost no or very low fat... ppl that want to gain weight and size. I think that I have enough weight and also fat that I would need to work on. My goal is to get big lean muscle... and some nice power gains

Just gimme You opinions on which combination should I go with and than I will do more research and work on dosages and weeks. Keep in mind my goals and that I am pretty chunky with that 14 bf @ 210 Lbs 6`3. Also that Would be my 1st cycle ever.

dbol is not for skinny ppl, its for ppl who wanna add sheer weight and size, But i would go with sv-1's idea for a first cycle.

I'd go with number three and just add the nolva in there. Get your diet down good and that would be an excellent lean masser.

Test is one of the only AS's recommended to run alone. I'm on a test enanth only cycle right now and I've put on almost a good 30lbs. But I wish I woulda thrown eq in with it so if ya want to try #3 I'd say go for it.

Don't know where you heard that one. Test by itself is a perfect first cycle, save the EQ for your second.

Oh, and your cycle #2 is insane.

Oh ok so... Test E 500 mg/week for 10 weeks + 20mg nolva/ed (what would u recomend 1-10 or 1-12 weeks Nolva) and PCT Clomid 300mg1st day than 100mg/ed 10-14 week or 10-12 is enough ? Should I throw Proviron in there ?
