Having sex/jacking off affects your gains/strength?
I once read in a sports magazine long time ago (don't quote me on this) that the majority of coaches during the Olympic games discouraged their athletes from having sex 48 hours prior to their game/show(whatever) because it can negatively impact their performance. Is that a bunch of bull or is there any truth behind it? If so, wondering how that could affect gains and strength during training. Hopefully there will be only 1 or 2 flames from this post! :wg:
