question about dbol

my dbol came in capsules instead of tablets. they are 25mg so i need to take 3 halfs a day. i was wondering if i could breack them open and put the one half of the powder in a small cup and add water or applejuice and drink it?? then put the other half in a sealed container like a film canister or somthing of that matter, then just add water or applejuice to it for the second and third dose. help me out. thanks

and also when taking dbol every day, does that include weekends, and days that i dont workout also? i work out on saturday but not sunday, should i take it 7 days a week to keep blood levels correct?

Is this your first time with dbol ? I don't see a problem with what you said about splitting up the caps. Just make sure whatever container you put it in that it is completley dry. Also don't add the juice until you're ready to take it.

Yesm you should also take it on days you don't work out and on the weekends.

The caps are just the working component and a filler. (as 25mg is a tiny bit of powder the use filler to devide)
You can take them any way you want, with some water e.g is allways safe.

Yeah, they are from an UGL. I read to take w/ grapefruit juice. Is that ok?
