Second cycle, looking to put on lean mass and increase strength, but I would like to minimize water retention. I know I'll get a lot with the proposed cycle, but I'm wondering if theres anything you would change or add anywhere within this cycle to cut water. Please advise. Right now I'm 5'11 180lbs and about 10-12% BF. I've read that nolvadex throughout will help plus reduce chance of gyno.
Week 1-4 35mg/day dbol
Week 1-11 400mg enanthate
Week 1-10 200mg/deca
Week 1-12 injectable B-12 (maybe)
PCT will start 3 weeks after last Enanthate shot. Its been a while, so I'll have to research quantity and frequency of clomid and nolvadex etc. (Yes I will search)
(On a totally unrelated note, is it normal to squat 400lbs -stopping with thighs parralel to floor with a 22" leg. )
