To answer a part of your question though... I personally have never heard of any research labs in Mexico, it wouldnt be necessary becasue they can buy it legally. If mexico indeed had research labs, I undoubtly would not trust it to be sterile.

He wasnt asking for a research lab read it again...he is asking of any Labs or Pharmacies...most liekly he is asking for there best UG lab for gear but since it is legal there there is no labs you just buy it from pharms mostly but u could find some people making it in labs to most likely bcs I hear allot of people saying "Im gonna move down to mexico and open a lab"

Yep.... I saw the word "lab", and I took it for a research lab... I still turned out to be right though.

I went to Mexico this past weekend and grabbed a 50m from a pharmacy. Usually, the pharms that I go into are legit. If they sold bunk merchandise, they would thrash their reputation and go out of business. Just have to find real pix of the merchandise and visually compare (hologram, logo's, etc). The QV was painless, quite nice
