Thread: shoulder pain

i have just started another round and my shoulders bother me everytime i lift, i have tried taking time off, tried glucosamine and still no relief, i am pretty sure its because of the too big too fast and not my technique. it's mostly in one side around the rotator cuff. any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Yeah go get some PT...When I was younger I tore my AC joint and stripped my muslce in my shoulder....I went through physcial therapy for 3 months and it helped...it still acts up from time to time but I use anti inflamatories for that which they will give you if needed). The problem is they will tell you to life light-real light for the time being but it helps in the long run.....
