Clen questions from first time user

I will be starting clen in the next couple of weeks. I have the following questions:

1) Does the dose need to be split.

2) After im done with my first 2 week period of clen, and after my 2 week period of eca. Now do i still start the dosages lower (is that what the 2nd cycle in the clen handbook is referring to) or start at my tolerable amount

1)yes, and 2)yes...start over.

Actually, clenbuterol has a half-life of 35 hours so it isn't necessary to split doses. It is recommended not to take it immediately before cardio or lifting to prevent possible breathing problems.

so whats the deal with the "2nd cycle" in the clen handbook
