Looks good, a lot of test though...IMO. how many cycles have you done?
Run the winny weeks 9-14 with the last shot the day before PCT.
You may also want to post your stats and cycle history if you are looking for critiques on this.
i dont think 500mgs of test a week is alot. what are you trying to do bulk or cut?Quote:

LOL I just guessed at bf...that is probably a little low huh? I have some fat on my stomach but everywhere else is pretty lean.
I only have 4 weeks of winny would running it weeks 11-15 work or is that too short of a period to get results? I can always get some more.
