L-Clen - How take at work?

HELP

OK, so I have Liquid Clen (120mcg/1ml). I'll ramp it up by 20mcg a day until I get to 120, etc etc.

Should I take it all in one go in the morning or spread it out. If I spread it out, can I pre-mix it with something to take to work? How do you guys do your L-clen dosing?????

You can mix it if you want. I take it alone. Its easy to shoot it in the back of your throat then swallow. It doesn't taste that bad either. You should mix your doses into 2 different shots IMO once in the morning and once before 2pm. Not after 2pm or you will have touble sleeping.

i always did cardio in the morning and then took it all around 11 in one dose, seemed to work fine for me.

Clen has a half-life of 35 hours so it is not necessary to split doses, you can take it once a day.

great..thx.
I was worried about some dude at work seeing me trying to measure out a dose of clen with a syringe and my clen vial. That would be no good...

One dose in the morning, or two with the 2nd no later than 2pm. Thx.
