    Bad Cycle?

    Hey guy i've currently finished my first cycle but got nothing but side effects...
    first i start with my stats im 5'6-5'7 137lbs
    my max bench is 235-230
    i started a 10 week cycle of T400 and Deca
    i ran the T400 at 400mg per week split into 2 shots mon's and thur's
    deca at 400mg per week split the same
    i've finished and gotten no gains or size other than a lbs or 2 in weight and few lbs on my sets... my buddy got the same exact gear and he blew up
    my dieting is another factor i thought i had a great diet going on 2.0grams of protein per lb of bodyweight and no fast food or sodas ect....
    my partner had no concept of dieting and still had massive gains
    and lastly my training intenisty... which i thought was way better than normal allthough it was hard to stay motivated not seeing any results...
    we currently work out 5days a week....
    any help on what went wrong?

    Well I'm goning to have to say that it was your diet. I mean if you were on a "true bulking" diet then you would have gained more than a pound or two in ten weeks. That would be reguardless of wheather or not you were even on gear.

    Whats your totals for protein, carbs and fats look like when youre bulking? Total calories?

    If youre not growing, youre not eating enough, plain and simple.

    and WHY the FVCK are you doing steroids if you weigh 137 lbs? You can gain so much naturally without fvcking yourself up if you get your DIET and TRAINING down... I went from 140 to 185 in 2 years bro.

    BTW how old are you?

    you don't need gear yet get your diet in order and you will make big gains clean.

    Muscle building IS a normal physiological process!!!!

    you are way too small to be hittin gear.....you can naturally gain

    anyway...what went wrong...diet. period

    saying your diet was in check because you ate 2.0grams per pound of body weight isnt saying much......how many cals were you taking in....you needed to eat everything is sight.....so that you couldnt eat another bite........then eat it all again 2 hours later....lol......

    im sorry you wasted your time and money on gear......eat next time

    i've read your replies and i appreciate the help
    im 21 years old.... and i dont know my exact cal/fat intake i used so maybe that was the fail point?
    its also very hard for me to gain weight

    Is you gear UG?
    You got a different batch than your bros. He got the good stuff - you didn't.

    On good gear you'll make gains on a melba toast and milk diet.

    That simple.

    I disagree... if he's not eating more than his maintenance amount of calories, he won't gain anything. Plain and simple.
